Terms & Conditions

Please read all Terms & Conditions before placing an order. By placing an order, you agree to the Terms & Conditions. JustSuthi reserves the right to amend any Terms & Conditions at any time and/or the right to delist any featured items without prior notice.

Ordering

Please keep in mind that JustSuthi jewelry is completely handmade so individual measurements of materials may be slightly different.

Once we receive payment, you will receive an order confirmation and your item will be ship within 2 business days – with the following exception Sundays and Holidays. An email with the Tracking Number will be send to you notifying you of your item has been shipped. 

Payment

Payment via PayPal or Credit Card.

Payments must reach JustSuthi within 48 hours upon confirmation of order.  You will receive a payment confirmation.

Payments not received after 48 hours will be cancelled; Items are distributed only after payment has been received.

Refunds Policy 

Refunds accepted in original packaging within 14 days of payment (shipping fees are non-refundable). 

We take all precautions in packaging for shipment; in the unlikely event item(s) are damaged during shipment, please contact us immediately upon receipt.
 

Returns Policy

Your satisfaction is very important to me. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) for a refund within 7 days of receiving it. Item(s) must be returned in its original condition and packaged carefully.

  • You must notify me within 3 days of receiving your items to any returns being made.

  • The customer will be responsible for all shipping costs incurred in returning merchandise.

  • Refunds are sent within 3 business days upon the items' been received and inspected.

 

The following items cannot be returned

Due to the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Items on sale
